Hasaposerviko

The ''hasaposerviko'' is the dance of the butchers of Constantinople. The step is similar to Sta Tria, but faster and more lively.

The "butchers" hold on to each other in a shoulder-hold and starting with the right foot make three steps to the right. They then kick the left foot forward, step down to the left and kick out with the right foot. There are many variations on this basic motif.
