The ''zonaradiko'' (gr:
ζώναραδικος) is the most well-known dance of
Thrace. It is called zonaradiko because the dancers used to hold on to each other's belts or ''zonaria''. Today, people hold hands in a basket-weave hold to represent the zonari. There are many different versions of zonaradiko. Among these is the song/dance called
Sultana.
